Biography
Xiaoqun Wu(吴晓群) is currently a Distinguished Professor at the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University. Prior to this, she served as Professor, Dean of the Department of Applied Mathematics, and Deputy Director of the Complex Network Research Center at Wuhan University. She has been serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II since 2018.
She obtained her B.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics and Ph.D. degree in Computational Mathematics from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2000 and 2005, respectively.
Prof. Wu has published over 130 SCI journal papers, with over 100 of them being the first or corresponding author. Her publications appear in top journals such as SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization, IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Physics Reports(Impact Factor: 29.9), IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, and IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers. among others. Her work has been cited over 3800 times in the SCI database and over 5600 times on Google Scholar, with an h-index of 42. Ten of her papers have been recognized as ESI-highly-cited papers.
